Facebook Launches New Photo Album Design
Facebook rolled their new photo album design, as part of a series of improvements scheduled to their photo application.
Whats New:
- Photo thumbnails are larger now and all have same size, which make it look better.
- The old photo albums display 20 photos per page, while the new photo albums would display up to 200 photos per page.
According to Facebook, the new changes wont slow the browsers, because photos are populated on the page while you scroll down.

Facebook: New Homepage Design
Facebook celebrated their 6th “birthday” with a new homepage design, new photo uploader and over 350 million active users.
Some Facebook statistics based on their own press release:
Facebook rolled some new changes:
New Photo Uploader:
The new facebook photo uploader is a browser plugin that requires installation and will be rolled out gradually during the next few weeks.
Facebook promises this will make it easier and faster to upload photos, as the site is now one of the largest photo sharing websites with 2.5 billion photos uploaded each month.
New Home Page Design:
Facebook also has a new home page design, labeled as “simplified” and easier to understand design. As it is the case with every design, some people are frustrated and want the old design back!
This is a screenshot of the new homepage, but I am sure you have already tried it, if you logged to your account.
